Routine Service and fixing the recall.

Everyone I have contacted are professional, efficient, caring, helpful, and friendly. The Manager Aaron and her service rep Greg went beyond the call of duty. They took care of every little concern I have with grace.

Flawless service

Oil change

David did a great job taking care of my vehicle. I like the coffee bar and waiting area. Very clean and comfortable. I would recommend.

Average

I had a 3:45 appt for an oil change. No one greeted me when I pulled up. Went inside, waited 15 min before being helped. One guy was chatting with another customer the whole time. Took 1 1/2 hours to change the oil. The place is going thru a much needed remodel so it is cramped and only 2 chairs in the waiting room. Totally average experience. I’ve been treated much better at other dealerships.

Terrible customer service

Left the car for an appointment to replace backup camera at 7am, I called numerous time without answer finally got someone around 1pm and I was told that the camera is still on back order. They should’ve told me that when I dropped off the car in morning. Wasted time and effort for nothing. No care at all.

J.R. Perez is the best! 5 Stars!

This is the second time I have leased a Vehicle from Tuttle Click Mazda Irvine. Specifically with J.R. Perez. I reached out to him when I was approaching the end of my lease to see what he could do for me on another Mazda Lease. He was professional, courteous, helpful and most of all valued me as a returning customer. The deal was quick, easy and I got the deal I wanted. Most of the interaction was done thru email which made it even easier for me. I wold not hesitate to recommend this dealership . From J.R. in sales, to Mo in Finance and Greg in Service it was a pleasure as a whole dealing with this dealership! I have leased several cars and these last 2 with J.R. and Tuttle click Mazda were the easiest by far!

My service writer, David, was polite, efficient and easy to work with. I was there for a warranty/recall issue and my car needs the part- which is backordered by months. I'll need to update this review when they let me know it's arrived.
