Great Service

The staff are very knowledgeable, courteous, and try and get you in and out smoothly. The "George Clooney" guy is very customer oriented and it shows with the rest of the team. Very satisfied.

All good very good service Fast oil change not a long wait Car wash was not very good Car was just rinsed off I think but can’t complain about that

Fast and great service

Cameron was my service advisor and was very helpful. Offered me the ride service if I did not want to wait for my car. I opted to wait and my car was finished in about 1 1/2 hours. Cameron was friendly and demonstrated good customer service skills.

Mazda 6 Routine Maintenance

Tuttle Click Mazda’s Service Department always does a superb job with my regular maintenance. Their customer service staff are friendly and professional. I’ve been a happy customer for 4 years.

Best service and great prices!

In 2 years of service, I only paid for 1 visit. I have paid since then, and the prices have been good. My most recent service was getting 4 new tires with alignment. I shopped around to compare prices. My dealer’s was the best by far. Greg is always very helpful to me. And I love the complimentary car wash after service. Thank you!

Quick and convenient!

I was pleasantly surprised at how quick and efficient the service was for my oil change. I had an 11;30am appointment and the car was done by 1pm. Also the added convenience of Lyft transportation for a ride to and from work was very much appreciated!

I had very good experience with Mazda.

I decided to get Honda but I think to check Mazda too.but dealer man (sevky) he gave me very good information about Mazda . He was very friendly and helpful. I saw quality in Mazda is very good. Now I have Mazdacx3.

Don't waste your time.

I bought a mazda6. Pretty horrible experience. Walked in test drive the car. Negotiations on price were 0 room on the dealer side. They sold it to me with slow leaky tires, scratched rims and alot of rock chips. When I went to sign everything I said I don't want any packages, gap, or service plans. The guy sneaks on gap an extra 700 charge. When they brought it from detail and cleaning it was a hastey job. Literally still dirty on the exterior sticky residue on the interior. Then they put a junky bow on top. This dealership is a wreck. People don't care here. Slow service, false advertising, lies, added fees, long wait times, little communication between online sales and actual sales personnel, can't read contracts due to crapy printer.

25K Oil/Filter Change & Tire Rotation+...

A quick two thumbs up for the Service Department here at Tuttle-Click Mazda! My Service Advisor this time round was new - Cameron. He did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the process while I waited. Additionally, I had a right headlight replaced under my 7 year/100K bumper-to-bumper ancillary warranty - he coordinated the claim seamlessly, with ZERO charge to me. This is the Dealership that I bought my 2016 Mazda CX-5 at; although there is a (new) closer Mazda Dealership to me now, I still take my CX-5 here for service. With service like this, I will continue to do so!

Oil change

I waited almost 3 hours for oil change and was promised 90 minutes or less. Customer service took a long time with each customer and I had an appointment set up.
