It seems like the dealership is going downhill. The only saving grace was Cameron the Service Advisor. Due to him I will give the dealership another chance.

Fantastic place to buy or lease a Mazda..
I shopped around for a deal on a lease for a new CX5. . I have leased over 40 cars and The deal could have not gone smoother or easier.. JR the internet manager was super nice and I did my homework and he got me the deal I wanted. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful . Even the F&I guy was great and no pressure. The dealership was beautifully maintained and super nice. Just about as nice as my Mercedes Dealer were I get my other cars. We got this car for my Mother in Law and I can tell you I would recommend Tuttle -Click to anyone looking for a New or Used Mazda ! Great service - Great prices - Amazing experience
Thank you JR and Denise for assisting me with my 3rd Mazda3 with Tuttle Click Mazda. I was able to get into a brand new 2019 Mazda3 Premium while trading in my 2018. Total experience took 2 hours which would normally take 3-4 on average. 96K Mile Service Review.
Been coming here for service since car purchased here 7 years ago (2012 Mazda3). Warranty service has always been good. Waiting area provides coffee, snacks, and TV. Overall very pleased with service. Buy your tires somewhere else, however.

Great customer service. David in the service dept is the absolute best. Very personable while being professional. The work is always high quality. The lounge is very pleasant, which makes waiting comfortable. However transportation is always offered.

Freeway vibration
I came in for an oil change and routine service but also to check.on mild vibration at freeway speeds. The problem was vague but Dave and the team went out of their way to eliminate and explain the problem.
