Remote Battery Replacement

I walked in to have my remote battery changed and was in and out in 5 minutes. Fredy Campos assisted me and was nice and efficient!

Consistently poor service

Unfortunately this dealer has provided consistently poor service with sub-par communication for years. I have had more than one vehicle serviced here over the span of 3 years and the service has always been pretty bad. The only reason I have returned is because they are the closest dealer )the next dealer being nearly 40 mins from my home.) This has spanned different service management staff and service writers. Quality of work has been poor (damaged parts, grease on interior of vehicle, and absurd turn around times for very simple work). It's quite obvious that they are understaffed with service technicians and service writers (only 1 service writer every bring in my vehicle, regardless of time of day.) Time to drop off and pickup a vehicle is off the charts slow (30+ minutes almost every time). Service staff is friendly (no issue there) but seem to be overwhelmed every time I visit) Communication is also been consistently poor. Calls into the service dept are almost put on very long holds. Promises of return phone calls sometimes don't happen at all.. even with several follow up calls to try and get in touch. (once again.. seems to be due to lack of staff) Picking up your vehicle is always glacially slow. I even call ahead to make sure my "paper work" is closed out/finalized before arrival and it rarely is.. causing even more delay. I plan on traveling the extra distance to the Tustin dealership next time around.

Quick and Painless Purchasing Experience

Pretty fast and smooth car buying experience. Worked out all the prices over email and got a deal I was satisfied with. I worked with Daniel Nguyen and Carl Yazbek and they were very friendly and nice. Would recommend buying here!

Easy, best deal around!

Denise Boger at Tuttle Click Mazda made this process easy. When buying cars the first thought is ?am I going to get the run around?am I going to be tricked into a bad deal?? Denise made it even easier then I thought! I spoke with her and dozen others online. Out of all the people we spoke with, Denise was by far the most helpful without pressure. Came to the dealership, and she really did everything she could to make the process simple. She helped me into a car I wanted, no hassle, no fuss?and the deal was by far better then what I found through my online research! Couldn?t be happier!

Excellent experience

The buying experience and facility have been far superior from the other dealerships I have been to. If you are looking for an easy car buying experience I would recommend coming down to Mazda. Ask for Glen, professional and no hassle.

poor customer service

Chris the manager is very unprofessional and will come and tell you the monthly payment agree to it and then tell you you owe $3500 at sign in. Also uses profanity. We were waiting for a callback for two days from Daniel they left us with no options they just wanted us to sign the term .they wanted to sell the car at the price they wanted. We were extremely disappointed customer service is horrible!!

Mazda 3 i Sport 5 door

not being pressured like traditional car sales. Very relaxed, casual but yet polite and knowledgeable, very friendly.

Very impressed and will definitely go back

The salesman Jim was not pushy and answered all of my questions. I went in just to test drive, not buy, and he had no problem helping me even though there wasn't much in it for him. But in the end, after test driving two cars I walked away a first time Mazda owner. On a side note, their staff is exceptional. Not just our salesman but the gentleman who helped us with the paperwork and Tyler in customer service were amazing. Friendly, helpful and informative. I LOVE MY NEW 2016 CX-5
