We loved Tuttle click Mazda!
We had the best experience at Tuttle click Mazda with Alex Torres and Denise! I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone. They made the process easy and quick and I never felt that I was being overcharged or taken advantage of. They were extremely fair and I am thrilled with my car as well as the overall experience. Great customer service
Dropped vehicle off for service. No waiting. Provided a Lyft ride home at no additional charge. Vehicle was ready at time promised. Provided a Lyft ride back to dealership. Didn’t try and up sale me anything which was refreshing. Did give me recommendations for future service that should be addressed at some point. Very pleased. Thank you.

Nice place to take your car

Axel was very knowledgeable about the model I purchased and very patient while teaching me how to navigate through all the technology. He even made a special trip to my home to program the Homelink feature. I’m loving my new Mazda 6.

Terrible experience
I visited this dealership in the evening on Friday 10-26-18 and was approached by Keith Ross. He asked if we had any questions to which we replied that we were just looking and we pointed out the cx5 we were interested in. We explained to Keith our situation with wanting to trade in my truck and potentially get into the cx5 with a lease. He said since my truck was a Chevy, they wouldn't give me a good trade in price and that we should try carmax. I appreciated his honesty. So, the following day I took my truck to carmax for the appraisal. They offered me $25,000 for my truck. I drove back over to see Keith and talk to him further about the deal, or so I was hoping. I walked onto the lot and waved Keith over. He approached me and I explained that I had gone to carmax like he suggested and I let Keith know what carmax offered. He immediately told me that they would not offer me that much since they are a Mazda dealership and a lifted Chevrolet truck wasn't something they would keep on their lot and would probably auction it off. All of this without even getting it appraised from their guys. I asked him if this dealership participated in the Costco Auto Buying Program. He said they did not, but if another Mazda dealership which does participate in the program offers me X amount for my truck, they could honor another Mazda's appraisal. He also told me that all I had to do was go into a Costco and have them do the appraisal. I knew this was incorrect information as I work for Costco and have to the last 14 years. I explained to Keith that this was not how it works and I told him how customers go about it. His response back to me was "I know, and what I am telling you is we will honor another Mazda's offer". At this point I was upset and did not appreciate being spoken to that way. Not only is Keith unfamiliar with certain dealership programs that other customers would wonder about, but he was very rude. I went home very disappointed and frustrated. I went onto the Costco Auto Buying Program website and found the Tustin Mazda (OC MAZDA) dealership does participate in the Auto Buying Program. I sent an email and heard back from them VERY quick. I explained my situation, my previous experience at Tuttle Click Mazda and what I was hoping for. Janell was extremely friendly and helpful. Sunday afternoon (the very next day), I went to Tustin Mazda and made a deal. They matched Carmax's offer, gave me the pricing for the Costco Auto Buying Program and I walked away with a beautiful brand new 2018 Mazda CX-5. I will NEVER go back to Tuttle Click Mazda.

Alex Torres is your “go-to” guy!
I honestly wanted a different type of car, but was so dissatisfied with the way I was treated at other dealerships, I started looking at makes like Mazda that I had not previously considered. My friends and I had lunch, then penciled in “Mazda” and “Chevy”. As soon as I met Alex I looked for the old “BS”...didn’t find it. He was awesome, patient and sold me the car I was looking for even though I had never owned a Mazda before! (p.s. - I LOVE IT!!!! CX-5!!!!) One of the friends with me just may look Alex up in the next few weeks, because he is looking to buy (I don’t think we told Alex then)! I would say it would be worth your time and money to at least talk to the guy. (Alex took me SERIOUSLY and I felt respected by him, for what that is worth at a car dealership).

Scam from Go!
Had my own financing done, they required me to do" Option Contract" in case my credit union check didn't pay. This is a way to open additional credit on my name....there was no way around this, so i left....No Deal! Finance person told me to fill out a OFAC , said it was required by Homeland security....this is a LIE, just a way to get personal info.

Great Dealership!!
Easiest car lease transaction so far. Got upfront numbers from Minh and he made it even better when we got to the dealership. Real quick process and great deal on our CX5 lease. Definitely way under compared to some of the other numbers we got from other dealerships. Highly recommend them and ask for Minh Leduc when you are there. Great job guys!

Fairly good for auto purchase, but lack of explanations for finance forms, and poor service dept. management. No follow up, and non personable. Go elsewhere.
