I regularly maintain my CX5 at Tuttle-Click Mazda, and these guys and gals have been nothing but extremely helpful, courteous and kind. Rodrigo helped me get a loaner (a gorgeous CX5) when the wait was too long, so I could get back to school and make it to the review sessions (finals seasons lol)!

This was our family’s fourth purchase from Tuttle Click Mazda! As always the team was superb from start to finish. Pricing was excellent, no haggle sales team and everyone is very helpful and efficient. I highly commend the GM Emiliano Alejandro for running such a well organized store!

I just bought my CX9 five days ago at Tuttle Click Ford

I just bought my CX9 five days ago at Tuttle Click Ford in San Juan Capistrano. I had an appointment set and took my 2022 CX9 in for a new key and reprograming and a steering issue. Upon arrival the service manager suggested I come back another time or I might have to weight two to three hours. I chose to wait for my vehicle.. The new key reprograming went fine. The other issue was ,the Cars steering wheel is not straight and I asked to have it repaired /straightened. The mechanic said he drove it around the lot and it was straight no problems. That's simple not the case. I learned there IS a service bulletin on this exact issue! . I wouldn't have asked to have it fixed if it were not a problem. It is definitely not straight when driving on a flat surface. I asked the service representative , Jacqueline, to please let me speak with the technician and have him drive it with me to show him the actual issue. They refused to do it claiming he was too busy ! She said "you wouldn't interrupt a Doctor during surgery would you ?" Seriously! I had an appointment for this issue and they said I would have to reschedule and come back another time when they weren't so busy . This was very disappointing. ON a good note the sales crew were very friendly and engaging during my waiting time..

I met with the technician at San Juan Capistrano Mazda, HECTOR. Unlike the Irvine Mazda technician, he immediately saw the issue. He made the necessary adjustment to the steering in about ten minutes . It is now correct . Problem solved.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CARS FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! We have bought 2 cars from them with EXTENDED maintenance warranties between 2019 and 2020, they do not honor what they sold us, they never return your calls and they just do not care. This is a true story, one of the worst dealerships in Southern California!
