Had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited 4 hours for service that should have taken an hour at most. Overbooked appointments when they knew they didn’t have mechanics. I will never return for any service and will never buy or lease from a dealership that doesn’t value my time.

Always take care of all my concerns, washed my car, give me helpful reports in dealership and app, all Employees so unbelievably helpful and sweet, they always make sure I’m taken care of every service not that I even need them often, Mazdas are so reliable! Service on the car was good, however, even though I told check-in the number to notify me when service was completed and they knew I was in the lounge, they kept texting the wrong number. I waited 3 hours and had to inquire about the status. Mistakes happen, I know, and I wasn’t mad, but since they knew I was in the lounge, someone should have let me know.
