Mazda Vehicle Maintenance and Service

Rodrigo in the Service department meets and exceeds great customer service by his demeanor and desire to assist Mazda customers bringing their cars in for maintenance. Does a great job of keeping customer apprised of status of vehicle maintenance and values your time.

Great car, dealership and pro attitude

We're first time buyers and we were scared. This dealership is the best. Huge kudos goes to Marta Sullivan who have been the warmest, understanding, helpful and professional throughout the way. We've been choosing a car for months, on a big day of many test drives we were hesitant between Nissan Rogue, VW Tiguan, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5. Not only Mazda itself performed great, it was Marta who (without pushing) helped us choose the car, without her we would still be hesitant. Other dealerships didn't act professionally, nobody helped us much, they wouldn't provide any information, they just wanted us to test drive and buy. A lot of them add ridiculous mark ups and useless accessories. Especially Norm Reeves Honda with $9k worth of useless stuff. Mazda CX-5 is a great experience, this dealership feels like a family, Marts is a top notch professional. This kind of great attitude wins business over some lack of features in a car that other makers might have.

Service breaks and tire pressure checked at the

Service done. Completed on time and very friendly gentleman at the desk. He did everything that I asked for and kept me informed throughout the process

Best car buying experience

I just bought my first car from Tuttle Click Mazda. This was by far the very best car buy experience I have ever had. Ben was truly fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, polite, respectful and helped make the buying process seamless. Finance department was the best. No pressure, in and out in a timely manner. Definitely a go to for our nedt vehicle. We could not be happier.

Good service

Came on a Saturday to do an oil change and Rodrigo my service technician was helpful, informative and provided excellent service. Very happy with my experience!

Everyone at the service department is actually helpful - it’s something I appreciate greatly when costs are so insane! I don’t go anywhere else for service. It’s a 10 for me!

Wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

The Tuttle Click team (sales, service and Finance-Mo) is courteous, friendly and efficient. I’m on my 6th Mazda. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else! Best service ever!

Excellent Service Experience

Brought my 6 year year old car in for a routine oil change and an on-going problem with the infotainment system. Didn’t want to spend a lot money on an older vehicle. Service Advisor Wyatt documented the issue and worked with the service tech to diagnose the problem and find a very cost- effective resolution. Wyatt stayed in touch throughout the day and the service tech shared a very thorough and informative video explaining the problem. Car was washed and ready when promised.

Great place to get your car maintained

The Service Dept. were very nice and accommodating. They listened to my concern and tried to fix the issue. Once they do a walk around, they indicated what needs to be looked at but without pressure to have it done right away.

My car is in the good hands

I did not buy my CX-9 from this dealer, but I have done all the maintenance and recall services here. Undoubtedly, I felt this was the best dealer service site ever. -- Courteous, sincere, and highly technical management and services.
