Great experience!

Great experience getting my car serviced, as usual. Rodrigo was great — he was very helpful and efficient. He checked me in quickly and had my car ready to go ahead of schedule.

I’m very satisfied to work whit Mazda

Mazda New Car Purchase Review

Matthew gave an awesome sale experience. I'd say Tuttle click has been the best experience that I had on any car dealerships in and around Irvine.

Good(not BEST this time)

Gabriel was always fantastic. I’m using this dealer for 10 yrs and always receiving 5 stars services. However, when I brought in my car that morning, 2 girls at the front were not so kind. I was desperate customer who has engine trouble, but she just shut down all my questions and suggested to keep driving until they were ready to accept work in. I hate to write negativity, but I believe they need sort of customer services trainings.

Fantastic!!

Rodrigo was so professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and hospitable. He gave Mercedes-Benz service at Mazda price. Highly recommend this facility. He was so knowledgeable and helpful.

Always great service, and knowledgeableemployees!!

Rodrigo was outstanding...super friendly and informative. My oil change, video inspection and tire rotation to less than an hour. Also, I've been an Irvine Mazda customer for almost 6 years, and I don't think I'll ever leave!!

Quick and easy service

No complaints here. In and out in about an hour. They also video record there maintenance check up process which is pretty cool. Will be coming back

Great car, dealership and pro attitude

We're first time buyers and we were scared. This dealership is the best. Huge kudos goes to Marta Sullivan who have been the warmest, understanding, helpful and professional throughout the way. We've been choosing a car for months, on a big day of many test drives we were hesitant between Nissan Rogue, VW Tiguan, Hyundai Santa Fe, Honda CR-V, Mazda CX-5. Not only Mazda itself performed great, it was Marta who (without pushing) helped us choose the car, without her we would still be hesitant. Other dealerships didn't act professionally, nobody helped us much, they wouldn't provide any information, they just wanted us to test drive and buy. A lot of them add ridiculous mark ups and useless accessories. Especially Norm Reeves Honda with $9k worth of useless stuff. Mazda CX-5 is a great experience, this dealership feels like a family, Marts is a top notch professional. This kind of great attitude wins business over some lack of features in a car that other makers might have.
