This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. From driving onto the lot, I was greeted from three different gentleman. I worked with Ben he was very professional, down to earth, and realistic. I had in mind exactly what car I wanted, But I found something better. We bought a 2014 Mercedes ML 350 Bluetec from Action Automotive and got a very good deal from Judd. The transaction went very smooth, quick and professional. However, due to unforeseen issues with the deal, they took the vehicle back which impressed upon me their professionalism and the quality of vehicles these guys sell. Just purchased a 2019 Escalade ESV. Great Price!!! They were extemely busy when I was there. Needed to run to DCA so they told me to take the truck and when I get back the paperwork will be ready, and it was. The trade in was a breeze and the whole transaction went off so smooth.
