Wow, my Mom and I never felt more comfortable and taken care of by the action team including Ben, Farooq and Judd. I’ve been to many dealerships and none made us feel at home and actually taken care of. They were able to find some beautiful cars for me and my mom and financed them both a Ford Escape and a Nissan at super low payments. You guys treated us like family and now we consider you apart of ours!

BEN SHABIB is Awesome, and the absolute best. He was so patient, caring, and understanding to my desires and wants. We were in there for a total of 4 hours he shared his snacks with us, provided different financing options that would satisfy me to the best of my benefit. I definitely recommend this dealership nice quality cars, low mileage, and awesome staff with great personalities and patience.

Very poor communication, submitted a credit app , ran my credit never got back to me. A simple yes or no would suffice, despite me hunting them down for an answer got a run around of I will call you back. And sold the car with no notification. Any respectable dealer would let someone know about “status” of things if they ran your credit did a hard pull.

I was delightfully surprised at how comfortable and seamless my experience was with this dealership. The salesman, Judd, was extremely hospitable and accommodating. After experiencing multiple dealerships Action Automotive was by far the BEST dealership I've gone to. I am 21 years old (first time buyer) and Action Automotive truly took care of me.
