aesthetically the place is no luxury dealership, but the customer service, professionalism, knowledge and friendliness off the entire staff rivaled - if not exceeded the level of service I’ve received at MB and BMW dealerships. It was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a place like Action Automotive. I regret that I didn’t find out about Ben Shabib and the wonderful staff at AA sooner to have saved thousands on my previous purchases. But, now I know and I’m so happy with my gorgeous GLA250 and the fact that I can save more money by getting it serviced there. ;-)

I was in search of a car that could not only take me from work and home but also not bruise my pockets, something that was fast, reliable and packed with features to enjoy the long drives from and to work. Ben was vert honest with me, I could tell he knew what I needed and kept me from buying something outside the scope reailty as I tend to over spend from the fear of missing out. Compared to other car sales men, Ben’s experience really shined when I was able to take home the Acura TLX after two days of searching (this was very impressive as I am very indecisive especially when it comes to big commitments). Their pricing was surprisingly also really good as I always like to shop around to ensure I don’t get hussled. The process from start to finish was hastle free to say the least and even with a below average credit score I was able to get approved with a low interest rate and great price on the Acura along with the breakdown of my payment plan, I felt very confident in my purchase! With all these things playing their part in the experience here I would have to honestly say they deserve and earned all 5 stars.
