Great buying experience

Horrible
Charging me over $1000 for a headlight lamp was outrageous. To at least given me a small discount would have gone a long way. I’m buying a new car next year & will go to Phoenix before buying from precision. David Burt had a “that’s the way it is” attitude which wasn’t appreciated. In addition he told me it was going to be $800.

I understand it disappointing when something breaks on our vehicles. It's not something we want to have happen and vehicles are machines, so we know eventually things could break or wear out. The headlights for on your vehicle are computer controlled, causing for their to be other parts involved, not just a headlight. Your response is condescending. And David having nothing but nice things to say doesn’t make sense since I’m the customer. I’m sorry but your pricing is unethical.
This isn’t about my feelings or Dave’s feelings. This is about Toyota’s poor design which they fixed the following year. A discount or at least what Dave originally quoted would have been appreciated.

Very disappointed with the disconnect between employees.
This was a recall service with the part on backorder. This was not communicated to us during the initial phone conversation. Our schedule was compromised because of the poor communication.

Service
Look out for Repairs recommended not needed and repairs needed not mentioned that you should ask about. I don’t think it’s a matter of dishonesty but more of poor customer service and poor knowledge of the advisors. If you care about your veiacle do research so you know what should be done and what shouldn’t or take it to a higher qualified place. It’s disappointing that good old customer service is so hard to find.

Horrible service department. AVOID THIS DEALER
Very rude and demeaning towards customers. Shuttle never arrived after an hour, asked about my car two hours into service with a reply of idk because your rep is at lunch. With all of those hourly employees no one else can view my status. Service was rude and inconvenience when asked for assistance. I’ll never come back. Over pressurized all tires by 5psi.

Amazing customer support
Their support staff and technical departments go out of their way to make sure customers issues are resolved completely. Best dealer by far in Tucson. Identified and resolved a problem with the tires on my new 2018 Toyota Highlander Limited that another Dealership had failed to correct after 4 separate visits. Not only did Precision Toyota identify the problems with the tires, they followed up with Toyota directly, which led to Toyota Corporate’s approval to replace all four tires! Outstanding and incomparable service which to me was a clear indication Precision Toyota doesn’t just sell vehicles, they are committed to providing outstanding service and support to their customers after a purchase. They have earned my total respect and appreciation for their business model.
