At the beginning there was a misunderstanding between the dealer staff and myself. The general manager Jim and Marcelo provided us with excellent service. They are very professional and accommodating. They made sure to answer all of our questions and take care of our needs. Jim is gracious and welcoming, and Marcelo is kind and very helpful in selecting a car and completing the transaction. Thank you for an excellent experience and beautiful car, the best of the best!
