Chevist was a terrific salesperson. We visited the dealership twice before making our decision - driving different models of Mercedes before selecting the car to purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about the cars, explained their differences, and gave us plenty of time to drive them and ask questions. I never felt pressured to buy a car or a specific model. Once we made our decision to buy the car, Chevist rearranged his schedule ( on his day off) to accommodate us and spent a good hour reviewing the car’s instrument panel and its many technologically advanced features. I could not recommend him more highly.

Chevist Mitchell exceeded my expectations!

If Chevist Mitchell is a reflection of Mercedes Benz of Silver Spring, then the dealership is undoubtedly one of the best. Chevist went beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He invested time in helping me locate the vehicle I wanted. I found him to be patient, personable, knowledgeable and professional and I am more than pleased with my new S550. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Even through this period of time of uncertainty, he made this a wonderful experience. He showed me all the bells and whistles along with how to do the Apple Car play. He has a customer for life. EXCELLENT

Chevist is the ultimate Salesman. He stepped in and assisted us in the purchase of our new vehicle. His professionalism, friendly attitude and overall knowledge of the car we were interested made the process very relaxing. He answered all of our questions and thoroughly explained all the functions of the car. By working with Chevist, we feel that we got a great deal and a very nice car. We would certainly recommend him to anyone who may visit the dealership with the intent of purchasing a new vehicle.

was to say a BIG thank you to Lovence for making my dream come true. It was 2017, when I fell in love It the GLC 300 4 Matic Coupe. I had just signed a new lease and was a little bit upset due to the fact I had 30 more payment to go to get the GLC. I contacted Lovence with excitement about the GLC. He replied no problem just get it the next time. I travel 33 miles just to come and get my yearly maintenance and would always stop by to see Lovence and he would always give me update about the GLC and that it won’t be long before it could be mine. On February 26, 2020 I received a text message from Lovence saying he had a great deal on a GLC Coupe for me, it was a 2020 quotes me the payments and the terms of the lease. I’m beaming with excitement at my desk wanting to scream but could not. It was a dream came true. This is the fifth Mercedes I have purchased from the BEST sales associate and dealership. I never thought I would purchase a vehicle without seeing it! I did just that because I trusted Lovence because he advised me it had all the features I wanted and more. I said to my self no, that can’t be. I text him one more time to ask, does it have the “grill” I wanted. He replied yes. Lovence was specific on all details that I wanted, he listen. He send me pictures of My GLC it is EXACTLY what I wants. He went a step further to send me the application ahead of time so that it would eliminate time if it was done while at dealership. I love his pro-active thinking. I advised him that I will be coming on 2/29 to pick up. Well on 2/29/2020 I picked up my dream. I could have gone to any dealership but because of the relationship I have developed with Lovence & Mercedes Benz of Silver-Spring I will remain dedicated where I know I’m getting quality service no hassle. I would like to give a shout out to Terrence Abrams for getting my payment where I wanted it to be. I met Terrence 3 years ago & he was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions I had. Mercedes Benz of Silver-Spring is in a class by itself. I will recommend my family and friends. Thanks Lovence & Terrence. Thanks for always providing quality service. I will forever be a customer. Lovence you ROCK. You are the BEST car associate..... EVER! Sincerely, Sonia Thompson.
