It was my first car and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Tom was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, he made this experience so painless! I also had the pleasure of meeting Sarah, she was passionate and very knowledgeable! Overall a great experience!

I enjoyed my experience with my salesman, John Devore. He got everything I wanted for me, and made the experience an enjoyable one that I would repeat. However, I was very disappointed with the lady in finance. She was rude to the point that my 17 year old grandson committed on it when we left the dealership. Had I known that she would display such a negative attitude, I would have walked away from what was otherwise a positive experience.

Our buying experience exceeded our expectations with professional and courteous salesmanship. The salesman showed us several vehicles that met our needs. We would highly recommend Borman to anyone seeking a new vehicle.

Upon getting to Borman I wasn't really set on buying a car, I was just looking. I love the way the salesman didn't even show me a car until I told him what I wanted and what I was looking for! He made sure to not waste my time showing me cars that I wouldn't be happy with. It was a very friendly atmosphere and if I look for a car in the future I will defiantly be going back to Borman!

This dealership work with me and my husband and got us a good deal on a hyundai Tucson. The staff was great and our salesman was wonderful.

Went just to look at a new car and did not know what make to chose. Tom E came out and took the time to run from the Hyundai location to the Honda location getting me keys to several models. When neither of them appealed to me he ran back and got keys to a model that looked nice, a Hyundai Tucson. Bought that car and both Tom and Freddie, the finance guy, stayed late to close the deal and I drove home with a new car. The next day I realized I did not remove my POW/MIA plate from the front of the car. I called Tom and he located my trade in and retrieved the plate for me. Great service there. Asked if I could get the front door windows tinted at no charge and they are doing that tomorrow.

Staff was courteous and friendly, process was fast and efficient. Good experience buying the car. Fluffy explained everything in detail and met all my expectations. Overall great experience.
