Went in thinking about trading in my vehicle for a truck but when my car got appraised they left the parking lot flooring my car hot rodding it. I got my keys when it came back and I left because I did not want to deal with people that treat other people's vehicle like that.

Staff was friendly. Final finance man worked well with all my questions and needs. Only had problems with beginning finance sales man tried to work out but everything else was great. Bought the car very late at night so staff was still very friendly and patient regardless the time of night and the time I got into town from out of town.

Our salesman, Nathan Miller, and the sales director, Pat Sullivan were excellent. Knowledgeable about the car, very professional and not pushy. They even reworked the deal when another incentive from Hyundai came out that wasn't expected. They passed on all of the Hyundai incentives that they could and I appreciate their honesty. Also, they redid the deal without complaint when someone offered to buy my trade in for more than the dealer could give me. We love the Hyundai Tucson, the comfort, mileage, and features made it a wonderful value for the price. Looked at the new Honda Accords and was a really excellent car from a lot of different viewpoints, for a short small women it was excellent better than bmw, lexus and mercedes. handled well. our salesman Carlo Cordova was well versed in knowledge of the product, asked some tough questions, gave immediate answers We so liked the unit traded wifes BMW Diesel in right then. No high pressure felt at ease all the time.
