I was met by a friendly salesman who listened to me. He patiently showed me, and took me for a demonstration ride in different car brands with a variety of options. I think that he showed me every single car {out of hundreds} that met the criteria, i wanted. And we found "the car." There was no pressure. The sale process was easy. The salesman was available and receptive to all my my questions. He explained, and explained again the "workings" of the vehicle until I was satisfied that I understood how to operate everything that was new to me. .
