Went to Bormam not knowing what brand of new car to buy. Talked with Nick C. And looked at several new cars. We finally decided to drive the Ford Escape. After the test drive we again talked with Nick C. and worked through the paperwork with him. No pressure to buy at any time but lots of info to help decide. We decided on a new Ford Escape and are more than happy with it. My wife and I would highly recommend Borman auto group and especially Nick C.

My name is Maria Deason,I'm from El Paso Texas, I was looking for a new car in El Paso but I didn't find something that make me happy with my expectations, and I decide to go to Las Cruces NM. I was really happy with the costumer services, they game options and the opportunity to try different automobiles to be sure witch one was better for my family needs.

The overall experience of the dealership was excellent, we were greeted in a timely manner with a friendly face. It was very hot out to hot to be looking at cars, so we were directed inside in the cool air, where Bezzy Torres our salesman, showed us to a computer to view the vehicles from inside, this was very advanced and much appreciated. In the end our sales man helped us find the best deal and perfect car for us.

Had an amazing time with Frank Marquez showing me what vehicle I liked and I truly appreciate how Jason from maintenance department repaired my mustang at no expenses to me since I was trading it in.

My overall experience was the best I've ever had at a car dealership. Usually a salesman will try to force you to pay more and add features, but at Borman that was not the case. The sales team was very friendly and professional. The salesman who greeted us was very knowledgeable and friendly. I got the car I wanted for the price I wanted. I definitely recommend this place to everyone.

I hate car shopping, but this was actually a great experience. Nicholas Majetich was a great sales professional. My wife and I never felt like we were working with the typical car dealer that is trying to rob you. He was honest and very professional. If we are still living in the area, I will go back to Nicholas and Borman for our next car.

Aydin was very courtious, he showed us what we were looking for in a Honda Odyssey van. He explained all the features. I have never had a push button vehicle. Aydin explained how to work this feature. He answered all our questions

Searching with my college-aged daughter for used cars in ABQ, an ad for a new one at Borman seemed too good to be true. They were advertising an Elantra for $600 less than I paid for a 2008 Elantra with a manual transmission. Since I sold that car it turns out I didn't qualify for the $500 'owner' rebate. Fair enough, but that was still $100 cheaper for a car with automatic transmission, Bluetooth, more airbags, etc. Was it a Bait and Switch? Long story short - financing was arranged and everything worked out on e-mail and telephone was exactly as promised after a 3 hour drive to Las Cruces. We did buy some insurance, but it was not a high pressure experience and all was explained with a clear value proposition that we could take or leave. When I add up the expensive components in a car, I honestly do not know how Hyundai can make a car for that price. Perhaps they only can this year since everyone wants an SUV, but this car will be around sipping fuel during the next gas crises and the one after that. My daughter loves her car. Very good experience. I never gave the local guys a chance - they were advertising used rent-a-cars for more than my daughter paid for her shiny new car - and I know that is just where the hassle would start.

I'm very happy with he Elantra that I purchased! Everyone that I dealt with at Borman Autoplex was very friendly and made me feel confident that I made the right choice in vehicle.
