Northern Kentucky Auto Sales - Cold Spring

We went to look at a car we had found online. This has to be the most casual place I have ever bought a car. He gave me a little break on the price and we were out in an hour and fifteen minutes. Only time will tell but the car I got sure seems solid. I went for a specific vehicle but they seemed to have a collection of pretty nice ones.

Worked with 4 different people at the dealership. 2 salesmen, title person and the general manager. We agreed on a price and they sent over the purchase order and pictures of the title. I picked up a check from my bank and about halfway into my hour drive the salesman sent me a text message saying they sold the car a month ago. Total waste of my time.

Our salesman (Dave) i couldn't recommend more. We didn't feel pressured or anything. He went and looked up the car because we didn't see it on the lot. While he was doing that we found another one. We took it out for a test drive and he encouraged us to make sure everything worked. He worked with us on the financing and was extremely helpful. He even filled up the gas tank for us. Thanks again Dave!

No response on an email requesting availability on a Kia Sportage. If they are that complacent, they must not want the business.

They wrote back that the car I was interested in was already sold. Much more that other dealers. These guys are solid.

Hard to truly say much about this place except for the fact that they never even responded to my enquiry about a used vehicle through the Auto Trader site. I have to give them a 0/5 for this experience.

The process was easy, the salesman was professional. I need a few repairs after purchase, and they were good about coming to pick up the car and repairing it with no hesitation. Will purchase another car from this place.

We stopped in Northern Kentucky Auto sales looking for a car for my daughter who turned 16. We test drove about 6 cars total and we finally found the perfect car after a couple of trips there. The salesman was so helpful and honest with us upfront about where the car came from and what happened to the car as far as the rebuilt title. The one year warranty is also a nice perk!
