I've slowly upgraded my car purchases through the years, all with buying from NKYAuto. I've been a customer of theirs since 2013 and couldn't be happier. I'm now in the process of buying a third vehicle from their dealership! Staff is always willing to help, I've talked to the owner, Matt, Kelsey in titling, and both have been great to deal with. Will continue coming back to this dealership!

I have bought four cars and my daughter just bought a car. We are very happy with the purchase. Rick is an awesome sales person and will go the extra mile for the customer. Honest and Thorough
My experience with this dealer was by far the best car buying experience I've had to date. Very forthcoming/honest, in regards to vehicle history and mechanics, competitively priced if not the best pricing, great customer service. I was not rushed but felt assured I was making a great transportation investment. NKA will definitely be my first stop for future vehicle purchases.

Not at all as advertised, would not honor promises
After talking 2 weeks with the salesman, my son and I traveled to NKA to purchase a "reliable" truck with no rust and new tires. The pictures exchanged were taken so as to hide the rust on the frame. The "new" tires had a lot of tread, but they were completely dry-rotted. After expressing my concerns for driving back to SC, the salesman said i could get new tires at cost and even offered to the tires put on without being balanced or aligned to "save" me money. I felt like it was theirs to make right. They would not. So, my son and came back to SC. I would NOT recommend NKA to anyone.

Buyer Beware!
I bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza with a rebuilt engine. Drove great and looked great overall. My daughter was absolutely elated when she saw it. The sales process was easy and the staff is very friendly. When I bought the car I did make sure the A/C was running correctly and that nothing major jumped out at me. You know, the basic checks that we do. Also, this was during the constant rain storms we were getting. After a few weeks, and finally no rain, I noticed an oil spot where my daughter parked her car. After looking underneath yup, oil leak. Part of the process when I purchased my car "as is" was if I had a problem, let them try to make it right. So I was told at least. I've called twice and left messages with the "Tech" but have not been called back. This has been a few weeks now. After today, where it reached 80 degrees, my daughter came home and let me know her air conditioning isn't working. I just went out to check it and sure enough, the A/C that was working fine when I purchased the car is blowing out hot air. I'm guessing that the A/C has a leak in it and it was given a charge only. Not a big deal and really, that doesn't bother nearly as much as an oil leak. To me, that's a bigger problem. I just hoped someone would look at the oil leak. I waited to write my review until I could understand if "give us a chance to do right" actually held any water. So, just be cautious of the term "as-is." Normally I purchase all my cars from Theis Automotive in Reading because they stand by any car they sell for 30 days. I should have stuck with what I know. Even after this...now the car won't start...
