Customer service was top tier. I took hours of Aaron's time making a tough decision and I never felt rushed. They were all down to earth guys that left the car salesman sleaze at the door. They took care of everything that needing taking care of, including tags and title state transfer. So I won't need to step foot in a BMV for a good while yet.

Rick was our sales person. He was friendly, and easy to work with. He recommended that we take the car to a mechanic of our choice to have it inspected, which we did.
