Dirk went above and beyond to make sure that I was
Dirk went above and beyond to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. He was very professional and easy to work with. He even stayed late to help me drive away with my beautiful 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which was in immaculate condition with a very reasonable price tag. I called him the next day with a question about my car, and he responded right away. My husband and I both highly recommend working with Dirk if you are looking to purchase a new car.

I have the paid up oil change service and the tires I
I have the paid up oil change service and the tires I bought at the dealership. Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. On the phone I was told the tire rotation would be $30. I said forget it. I walked in with a previous service receipt which showed I had purchased the tires there and the young man said no problem. The night before I had marked my tires to be sure they actually rotated them. When I received my car back the tires had NOT been rotated. I went back and spoke to the young man and he apologized and got someone on it. He made some excuse for them not being rotated. Sorry....not good enough. The waiting area was filled with people and maybe they just figured I would take it for granted the tires had been rotated. I told him I am looking at purchasing a new car and I definitely will NOT be buying another Jeep because the service is terrible at this dealership. I have had similar experiences with this facility not doing the necessary work and having to take my vehicles back multiple times. I also told him to look up my husband and my account and see how many vehicles we have purchased from them along with family and friends. I have finally had enough of this type of service. The young man who handled my paperwork is not shown here so I can't rate him. I told him he needs to make sure his people actually do the work they have been asked to. Think about how many people THINK they had their tires rotated and really didn't. Because I know the type of service this dealership has done in the past I took it upon myself to be sure they really do the work. Sadly to say it didn't happen. Perhaps the serviceman did forget. Too bad he did because this just cost the dealership a new car sale. I am definitely going to tell my family and friends to mark their tires so they actually get the service they ask for.

This dealership is ran extremely well… from parts to service to sales.. All of the employees take pride in their work and it shows. I just had my 2022 Jeep serviced and I was told I’d be there about an hour to an hour and a half.. I was in and out in under 60 minutes not to mention I spent about half of what I was anticipating. I’ve purchased my last 3 vehicles from here and even sent my mother in law a month ago to get her a brand new 2024 Grand a Cherokee and she couldn’t be happier. Major thanks to Lithia Jeep of Reno ran by Scott Williford, Aaron Lauer and the used car manage Derrick. This place will be getting my business for years to come.
