Don't like being hit with phony service notes... Took 3 hours for oil change,,,,, Buy new battery when battery is very serviceable,,,, service writers trying to make extra bouneses..

Multipoint inspection (I never request this service) noted an additional $3,000 of services by technician. Car was barely drivable after I requested a simple oil change, and subsequent photos show damages done.

We were pleased with the attention provided by your Sales Assistant Carl Hoornaert when we first met and later after he had shown us over a number of Highlanders. A very smooth interaction both during the time of decision for us and the paper-work to wrap up the sale. Carl explained many of the new features of the vehicle and even setup our phones for Bluetooth access in the car.

Excellent and very friendly staff, family owned business that is there to be help customers. Definitely a positive experience. In finance Toby did an excellent job at getting me a great interest rate. Everyone outdid themselves.

way too long. Took 2 hours and 10 minutes for a oil change and lube. Wasn’t told about time from the beginning. Noticed my truck was worked on for 50 minutes.

Carson City Toyota was a great customer experience from meeting with Larry in sales to the sales manager Trinity on vehicle specifications and locating my truck was professional. The Accessories Manager Dustin was exceptional in equipment adds and was mindful with great overviews. The Finance Manager Geoff was very detailed oriented and great with answering questions. Upon receiving my vehicle, Larry (Navy Veteran) gave a very detailed vehicle orientation and really spent quality time with me. Great locally owned family business that was welcoming, no stress and makes everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend a new vehicle purchase though Carson City Toyota.
