A very smooth interaction both during the time of decision for us and the paper-work to wrap up the sale. Carl explained many of the new features of the vehicle and even setup our phones for Bluetooth access in the car.

way too long. Took 2 hours and 10 minutes for a oil change and lube. Wasn’t told about time from the beginning. Noticed my truck was worked on for 50 minutes.

The Accessories Manager Dustin was exceptional in equipment adds and was mindful with great overviews. The Finance Manager Geoff was very detailed oriented and great with answering questions. Upon receiving my vehicle, Larry (Navy Veteran) gave a very detailed vehicle orientation and really spent quality time with me. Great locally owned family business that was welcoming, no stress and makes everyone feel welcome. I would highly recommend a new vehicle purchase though Carson City Toyota.
