Speedy Service
Oil was changed and tires were rotated in only 45 minutes! We were told this appointment would normally take an hour to an hour and a half. We were surprised to have the service completed as completely.

Engine replacement
Overall experience was good. Did have issues with initial communication as stated follow up and detail information was not in a timely manner. Had to call several times and was passed from on service representative to another one as initial service representative as unavailable at times. Ensuring notes and follow up are documented would have helped.

Car checkup
Everything was taken care of that could be. I will go back for a couple of things that we were waiting for parts to repair. I was leaving for a driving trip so the 2 repairs needed will be when I get home. Thank you! ??

Service maintenance
The appointment was punctual. The service advisor was friendly and thorough and willing to answer all my question. My car was returned to me washed!! That was a nice surprise as the snow makes it mucky over time.

Great service advisor
I use the service department because my forester is still under warranty. But Scott my service advisor is friendly, knowledgeable and doesn't try to upsell things you don't need. But I am under warranty still. I can say if we are walking around the lot waiting the salespeople don't harras you while you are looking at new vehicles.

The process was smooth. I was offered an excellent trade-in for my 2018 Subaru toward the 2023 version of the Forester. It took a while for the new car to be delivered, but that was expected. Kevin Gallegos was attentive and solicitous. This is the second car I have brought from him and would go back to him again.

Horrible, I traded my car that I bought from the
Horrible, I traded my car that I bought from them back in Sept. 2022 I got the paper work for my cancelation warranty in Nov. 2022, I've talked to my warranty company and was told that the warranty was closed on Dec. 16, 2022 and sent to Dealership. Here it is Jan and the still haven't given me my money back. So my grandson did not get a Christmas. I will never buy a car from them again, very RUDE!!!

I purchased a 2009 Forester from a dealer near Hohl Subaru. I've been taking it for service at Michael Hohl for nearly 3 years now and find the service writers there to be respectful, friendly and professional. I would recommend them anytime. Eventhough I didn't buy the car from them, they take care of my cars needs and make me feel welcomed.
