Michael Hohl Subaru

This is the nicest car dealership I have ever dealt with. Buying my car was a friendly, no pressure transaction. The service department is incredible. They are friendly and efficient. Very helpful when scheduling, dropping off my car and picking it up. No rush. And yet, the service is great and almost always finished before the estimated time. I drive more than 30 miles to get my Subaru serviced here rather than use the dealership in my town.

Michael Hohl has always taken care of me Chris Is service is a great guy they are replacing my brakes for free on my 2020 Ascent. I have purchased three Subarus here from Homi and will continue to purchase as long as they take care of me. They are very good and easy to work with. The only thing that is disappointing thing is no courtesy loaner program so you need to take a shuttle, wait, or get a ride.

I bought a 2016 Dodge Journey from this company a couple of years ago, I wrote previous reviews about how they dealt business, so now that it’s 2022 we finally found out what the noise was in my car this entire time. Took my car to dodge dealership to have diagnostics test ran they found that two of the motor mounts was going out and so was my struts. Now michale hohl said they looked over the car apparently they did not. They sold me a lemon for 14,000. I highly do jot recommend this company at all they lie they fight with you they send someone to imitated you. And they don’t fix stuff they quote you for. I will never buy from this company again I hope any other buyers have the car looked at before buying. If you feel something is wrong and they don’t listen to you go to someone else. Worst customer service worst dealership and a bunch of liars. They are just lucky me and my kids never got into a wreck with this car. Piece of crap dealership!!!!!

Keith Sarao helped me get the car in and out and explained all the services that were done in a way I could understand. Also pointed out, what needed to be done sooner than later. It was a very pleasant experience. Thanks for the car wash too, the car was nice and shiny driving to Colorado the following week.
