Very thorough, efficient, and detail-oriented in the sales process, while making sure we understood everything. Good additional orientation service to the car and the dealership's Parts and Service departments. Low pressure in explaining extras, some of which we accepted as beneficial to us. We will prefer to use it in the future instead of a closer Subaru dealership.

This isn't only the worst dealership in CA, it's the worst business. I purchased a used car there and it took me two weeks of constant phone calls and emails to get anyone to respond. They had left the car charger put of the vehicle and just blew me off. Now 1 year later I'm trying to cancel my extended warranty and I've left messages for 3 consecutive days and reached out through their website chat...no response whatsoever

Four visits 1st Just needed a “soft ware update” 2nd
Four visits 1st Just needed a “soft ware update” 2nd That’s just “the way it is” 3rd Visit ordered a $800 part, waited two weeks for part to arrive. Did not fix the problem. 4th Visit to service after call to Subaru Corporate agreed problem still existed. 5th waited for service appointment and issue finally resolved Lesson Be persistent Call Subaru Corporate to get attention

I don't know why I received this rating questions I bought this SUV in September 2018 the problem is break down on this Forrester SUV after only 26,000 miles and the cost Subaru me to pay. I have spoke Corp. twice both time they recorded the conversation I suggest you contact them your questions will be answered

I had my car serviced at my home.
I had my car serviced at my home. Great service and so convenient. On time and done very professionally. Oil change, tire rotation and fluid checks. All done and no clean up as it was all handled. Would recommend giving it a try..

Such a bad experience so far.
I’m having a very difficult time getting fairness regarding a serious issue with a vehicle I purchased here recently. I’m giving 2 stars for now because while so far I’ve been treated both negatively and positively with an emphasis on negatively, the outcome of this issue is not yet certain. If this dealership ultimately treats me and my vehicle with dignity and respect, I will be sure to update this at that time.

Parts department made me wait four months and never
Parts department made me wait four months and never called when I went in for service IT cut my bumper for a hitch backwards had to wait another day. They didn’t end up doing the service on the same day the hitch IT didn’t put all the facets in to hold it to my car, so I had to go back, when I went to buy my Subaru, they didn’t have what I wanted on the lot and they told me I couldn’t find it. I found it a week later somewhere else the only person there of any worse to me right now is Bernard. He was very kind.
