I just had the best experience buying a Dodge Durango from Deery Brothers of Ames. Their exceptional Customer Service was unbelievable. Everyone made you feel comfortable and are very friendly. If you are in the market for buying a car you must go see Michael. He is the best salesperson I have ever had. He was very knowledgeable on every vehicle that I test drove. When it came to the financial, Ben really worked with me. There was no pressure at all. You truly feel like part of the Deery family when you leave with your new vehicle.

I recently purchased a new Jeep Cherokee from Deery in Ames, Overall it was a good experience. It took a little longer than I expected, but we needed to come to an agreement on the trade value of my car I traded in.

Wife wanted to get out of the typical soccer mom stage mini van and go back to a SUV . I had heard good things about Deery of Ames, so when I found a Jeep Renegade for a great price I thought it was worth a shot. My first contact was with their Internet rep Katie, she was quick on her responses and asked pertinent follow up questions. I spoke with Sales manager Doug for a bit then Jeep specialist Quentin. Great conversation and low pressure. They were able to make the great price a little better and work out a very reasonable payment plan. I look forward to working with the folks at Deery in the future.

Geoff Brown of Deery Brothers in Ames provided an exceptional experience at car buying. Fair, Honest, and Up Front with costs involved. He showed us cars in our price range, and meeting or exceeding our expectations. He walked us through the process, and let us know in advance what to expect. I haven't been treated so well in a car lot in years! We will be back to buy another vehicle from Deery and Geoff Brown.

Geoff Brown was terrific as he helped me find a vehicle that was right for me and in my price range. He answered all of my questions and concerns, was happy to let me take it to my own mechanic to be looked at, and the speed of service to close the deal was amazing. Sales personal was friendly, not pushy, patient, and very pleasent to work with. He joked with us and helped make the buying experience fun instead of dreadful. The rest of the staff was wonderful as well.
