I'm very happy with my purchase, I got a great vehicle on great condition. But the customer service was lacking -- not from my sales rep but from the Sales Manager. It's the sort of short term thinking that eventually hurts your business. It's not about price, it's never about price. It's about value. The way you treat people is a large part of that value and that's missing from Deery Ames. On top of it, they had only one Finance Manager working on a Saturday morning so it took 2.5 hours to get everything done, despite the fact that we had pre-negotiated the price and that I just had to fill out my check from the bank.

We went to trade in our old car and get a new one. While they weren't able to accept our old one they did negotiate with the bank so we get a new car anyway.

the service department was so helpful. on a scale of 1 to 10 he was a 20. Jason is best!!!!!!!!! the finance gentleman could benefit from getting a personality. that is the reason I gave you a 4 star. I'm glad he wasn't the first person I met because I would of went elsewhere

Everyone there was great. Quentin was awesome to work with. I've bought quite a few cars and this was by far the easiest. No pressure, quick, got a great deal, very knowledgeable. Will be letting everyone know to go see him.

I had the BEST experience working with Jason Mitchell. Not only was Jason extremely helpful in finding me the exact vehicle matching every specification in very short order, he was extremely respectful during our negotiations, which unfortunately is not the norm when making a vehicle purchase as a woman. He recognized the work I put in to researching the heck out of my purchase but he very respectfully & extremely knowledgeably gave me a lot more information to consider. And in the end it was the fairest most equitable deal I've EVER made. Very much appreciated and I am telling EVERYONE about my experience with Deery and Jason. And. My Dodge Durango Limited AWD is perfect. No other word describes it.

My daughter and I stopped to look at Jeeps. I was already considering one from a different dealer. My decision came down to the color of my new Jeep. Jason helped us greatly, test driving with us, and working on getting the right price for me. He was very patient, friendly, and professional. The rest of the staff were great too.
