I knew it was time to say goodbye to my old car so started looking around. A good friend recommended Deery and set up a time for me to meet with Geoff. Geoff was great! Gave me several options and stayed late to get me on the road.

I'm very happy with my purchase, I got a great vehicle on great condition. But the customer service was lacking -- not from my sales rep but from the Sales Manager. It's the sort of short term thinking that eventually hurts your business. It's not about price, it's never about price. It's about value. The way you treat people is a large part of that value and that's missing from Deery Ames. On top of it, they had only one Finance Manager working on a Saturday morning so it took 2.5 hours to get everything done, despite the fact that we had pre-negotiated the price and that I just had to fill out my check from the bank.

We went to trade in our old car and get a new one. While they weren't able to accept our old one they did negotiate with the bank so we get a new car anyway.
