We just got a 2013 Fusion at the Ames Deery Dealership, best experience ever buying a car. We have purchased at the Deery Brothers in Pleasant Hill in a he past, but went with Ames this time and it was the best decision we ever made. We have had service work done here on two other vehicles and their service department is the best we have ever had. Our sales guy, Jason, was very low pressure and made us feel like we were buying the newest car on the lot. The finance guy, Ben, did an excellent job getting us the best deal possible, without any last minute "surprise" add one or changes. Could not have been happier, we will definitely be back when the time comes for another vehicle.

We went to Deery Brothers of Ames to look and test drive the 4 door Jeeps. They had a blue, a orange and a red one sitting in the line up. Then I spotted it a beautiful white one. We pulled up to take a look and saw it was a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Freedom series, and I thought there is no way I would ever own a brand new vehicle let alone a 4 door Jeep. Jon meet us and encouraged us to drive it. It drove and rode like a dream. I was in heaven!! Jon took us in and started working his magic, he gave us a price that was great. All the guys that we worked with were great and very helpful. I drove off the lot that day with the vehicle of my dreams.

I found a listing online on the Deery Brothers website that I was interested in and left a message after 6pm I was interested in viewing the car... and was contacted very quickly that I could come in right away and they'd have the car ready for viewing. I arrived in 20 minutes and they already had the car pulled inside and I was given a tour by Alfonso who was great and went over everything for me outside and inside the car, as well as under the hood and trunk. Alfonso was a great guy to work with, and never at any time was there a feeling of pressure to buy the car. (Although after the viewing I knew I loved the car already!) Matt back in service was great to work with as well so I could discuss the maintenance record on the car and anything they had done at the Ames shop as well before the sale. I highly recommend if you're in the market to purchase, asking for Alfonso when you set up a time or walk in! Ben was also great to work with on financing, he was also very friendly and got me a really good financing deal set up. Thanks guys - I went into this very scared about purchasing another vehicle as it had been awhile and all three made the process really easy.

Upon arriving at Deery we met Jon. After discussing what we were looking for he showed us a few potential SUVs. When we went to go test drive he didn't ride with us. I appreciate it when a sales consultant doesn't do this because it allows my husband and myself to talk openly about the vehicle. After two test drives I knew exactly which one I wanted. We then started the process of trade in and credit application. This is where this team really shined! Our situation was a little unique with the car we were trading in and when the numbers weren't coming back the way I needed them to the team hung in there. They listened to a potential solution of trading in two vehicles and buying two. They all worked together and never gave up helping us. I never felt pressured to agree to a deal. They worked extra hours (well after closing time on a Friday night) just to make sure we drove home in our new Jeeps!!

I purchased a 2015 Jeep Patriot last Monday (12/15/14), and it was the best car buying experience I've had. CJ, Dwayne, and Ben all did an outstanding job putting me into a new vehicle. They all literally put in the extra hours, and I really appreciate the great way I was treated from the moment I walked in the door. Keep up the great work!

Our entire experience with Jon Stables was great. He was well versed in the vehicles we drove and when deciding he gave my husband and I time alone. There was no pressure. Very accommodating as he took a car off the show room floor to let us test drive. We ended up purchasing that car. Thanks Jon!!!

From the first visit to their very nice new facility, there was always someone on site willing to answer questions. It was truly a team effort; as Jon, Ben, and the others worked to find the perfect truck to meet our very specific needs. In March of 2014 we purchased a Black 2014 Dodge Charger and the overall experience was great. We had looked for months at different dealerships, researched online and test drove a few cars, but I fell in love with the Charger after test driving one at another dealership! The search was on to find the perfect exterior color, interior and all the bells and whistles I wanted on a new car. Our online search found that perfect car at Deery Brothers of Ames! We gave out the information for a salesman to contact us and within minutes a salesman was on the phone. His name was Alfonso Velarde and he was ready to talk and set up a time to come see the car. We drove a couple hundred miles to see that one specific car, which was exactly what I wanted, but was very disappointed in how dirty the exterior was when we pulled in. If you know someone is taking the time to come look at a Black car, by all means run it thru the wash bay and clean it up! Took it for a test drive and I was pretty much sold, but did have a few questions about the car and Alfonso did a great job of answering all of them and if he didn't know the answer, he was looking it up to find the answer for us. They gave a us a great deal on trade in and I walked away with a very sharp car! They were not at the new facility at the time and so I wish them all the best of luck at their new location. Ask for ALFONSO VELARDE for a great sales experience and help finding the car that fits your needs. I do hope they have stepped up the detail department, as that was the one area that they were lacking in!! As for me, I'm 100% satisfied with my Charger, that my 7 year old grandson calls, "HOT BABY!" Give this dealership a try and I'm sure you will not be disappointed and make sure you ask for the great ALFONSO!!!!
