That perfect truck!

Went to Deery Brothers in Ames Ia. looking to buy a new truck. The sales associate that helped me was THE BEST! He worked his butt off trying to find the correct vehicle I was looking for with the options I wanted. Extremely friendly, abundantly patient and very knowledgeable! Pete Hill is the name of this associate and he and the other Deery members made my truck buying a cinch. Thank you Pete Hill keep up the good work, look forward to doing business with you again!

Looking for a new truck

Went to Deery Brothers in Ames Ia. looking to buy a new truck. The sales associate that helped me was THE BEST! Great Service!!

I had previously purchased from Deery Brothers of Waterloo. I recently got into an accident and had to find a car quickly. The guys at Deery Brothers of Ames were very helpful!!! Especially our salesman, Alfonzo, he made the experience even better!!! I would recommend this place to anyone out there reading this.

typical average Jeep dealer

Their service department doesn't pay attention to little details that ultimately can leave someone stranded for a rather ridiculous reason. They did make the effort to correct the situation when discovered, but overall, I was not impressed with them over any other Jeep dealer in the area.

Great Experience

I found the truck I wanted on line and dealt with Tim. He is an awesome young man. I mentioned at the time that I test drove the truck that the ABS and traction control light came on and went back off again. I told Kyle this and he said that they are notorious for this but to let them know if it stayed on. Well one week to the day,Saturday, the truck wouldn`t accelerate due to thinking it was losing traction. I live 60 miles from the dealership so I called Tim and within 2 hours they had a tow truck at my home and was loading it up. They let me use a nice loaner until the problem was fixed. Tim, Kyle and Dwayne was great to deal with and I wouldn`t hesitate to go back there for my next vehicle. Thanks Deery Brothers! P.S.- I love the truck! :)

For a zero pressure purchase - ask for Alfonzo

Just purchased a used vehicle from Deery Bros. I like to have non-bias review available when I am deciding where to go so, I thought I had better provide my own review if I want to use everyone elses. I will make this as concise as possible. -Go in and ask for Alfonzo - every dealer in the country should model their sales persons after Alfonzo. I have been through many dealers over the last few years and this has been the most pleasant experience I have had yet, with a salesman anyway. Almost zero pressure and he made for a very relaxed environment. Thank you again, Alfonzo and if the manager is reading this - GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! -Price: I didn't feel like a really got a really great price on the vehicle or trade-in but, I did feel like I got a very fair price for both, all things considered. -Purchase: only part that grated my nerves a little bit. Maybe just personality conflicts but, Kyle needs to ease off. When a customer answers your question, especially confidently, and you continue to insist on hearing the answer you are looking for, it does not persuade anyone only irritates them. No means no. -Overall great experience, two for the facilities but, realize they will be moving to brand new ones soon. ...seriously, give Alfonzo a raise.

This is an addition to my previous post (terrible experience). We were in contact with Deery Brothers for a few days after my original post. There was a miscommunication with a few things which made it hard for those brought into the situation to know what was going on. We talked with the owner/manager to sort everything out and he helped get everything correct and got us a new salesman. When we got to the dealership we were met by the finance manager to get the finance portion sorted out, and our new salesman took us out to the car to go over the features. He was very helpful and knowledgable about the car. I want to thank Franklin, Kyle, Mark, Pete, and Dwayne for all of their help to get me into the car that I love!
