Deery of Ames CDJR

The service we received at Deery in Ames was beyond our expectations. We drove thru the lot "just looking", kind of having an idea of what we wanted. After finding a couple of trucks that appealed to us, we went inside and were greeted instantly at the door. Within minutes, a truck was pulled into the bay for us to look at, as it was quite cold that night. Jon Strabley was our sales associate, and he was awesome. He had recently purchased the same truck we were looking at, so his knowledge of the ins and outs of this truck was textbook. He was able to answer every question we had--and believe me, we had a lot! We were there close to closing time, and we kept expressing we wanted to get out of their hair so they could all go home, yet none of them seemed the least concerned about the time. Ben Praska was brought over to talk with us as well, and they made us feel more like friends or family than dollar signs. We needed to sleep on it, and within 2 days we were back purchasing a new Ram. Again, the entire team was wonderful as we waited to sign papers and get on our way. Ben did a great job explaining all the financing and paper work, and we even had a few laughs--unfortunately at Jon's expense:) Sorry about that Jon. Thank you for an amazing shopping experience. We look forward to coming back for our next car purchase.

Alfonso was very helpful and did not try to push me to buy car in any way. We came to an agreement on fair price. Picked up car which was nicely detailed. Paperwork handled very smoothly and again no pressure to add on extras. Just presented all my options. Would definitely recommend and buy there again.

I was very surprised at how quickly someone came over to talk with us. We had been to a dealer right before this and it took several minutes for someone to come out and speak with us so it was nice to speak with sales person so we could ask questions. The first salesman when he discovered that we needed to work with a specific salesman called him at home so he could contact us about looking at a car. Exceptional service and they made the whole experience incredibly easy. From the test drive to signing the loan papers it was non pushy and easy to work with dealership. We have only bought one brand of car and switching to a different brand was difficult but we are glad we did. Would recommend this dealership to our friends. Oh final comment they hung out with our grandson so we could sign the loan papers. Thanks Jon Strabley. Pretty cool!

Helped me find the exact car I was looking for within my price range. Answered all my questions with excellent customer service. My car was there fast and all the paper work was very efficient and went quick. One happy customer and very satisfied!

I found the van i was looking for online at Deery Brothers of Ames, 2006 Chrysler Town & Country, Alfonso did his best to make the sale but has to bring in the heavy hitter Franklin to make the sale, through much negotiation and giving on both sides we were able to make the deal but i did feel a little pressure but i work well under pressure in circumstance like this. Remember people you are the one in control of the sale you can get up and walk away anytime don't give in on the pressure get up and walk. Alfonso has given great follow up on the sale he has call me two times now to see if everything is O.K. with the van.
