Great Experience

First and foremost this was my first time buying a new car from a dealership, and Jim Coleman Toyota set the bar high moving forward. Rahleek was very informative and patient, his performance positively impacted the experience as a whole. The trade in appraisal from CarMax was matched and a deal was able to made on a higher series Camry in a matter of a couple of hours.

Great Service, Very Attentive

Godwin was very attentive and did not pressure me into purchasing beyond what I was looking for. The entire team was accommodating with my needs.

When you buy you are family!

The lounge is very clean and comfortable. The complimentary water and (good) coffee machine make me feel like I'm a valued customer. Everyone is always friendly and helpful and they treat your car with care.

Clean and spacious inside the service area.

Great customer service. Everything is explained in detail. Easy to understand what is going on with your vehicle. Estimated time of work always correct. Clean and comfortable waiting area and restrooms. Spacious and organize service area.

Excellent service to my car

took care of my car and required recall maintenance The director of the Orange team was very polite and professional. He allowed me to use my coupons for winterizing.

Great and easy service.

Everything was easy as usual. Tyler was great, he explained what they were going to do to my car, and it was done sooner than expected. I like that I can just bring it in every 5,000 miles and everything is taken care of. Thanks!

Quick service

Quick check in. I was told it would take two to 3 hours due to the 60,000 mile servicing and it took two hours right on the nose as I was waiting in the lounge.
