Thanks for the years of great service

I have been with Ben on the Gold team for 4 or so years now. His service has been consistently excellent. He is personable and reasonable. Servicing a car can be a trying experience, but he makes it as painless as possible. As long as he he works there you will have my business.

Great service

Ms. Destinee Montague welcomed me and very pleasantly explained what would be done to my Prius during its first service experience. Afterwards, she handed the car back to me and fully answered my questions about future services.

Awesome Service

Ben Thurston, Service Manager, couldn't be any better to deal with. He is very efficient and always pleasant. Even though I may be moving approximately 45 minutes away from Jim Coleman, I will continue to bring my car in for service there mainly because of the good treatment I've been given over the past several years. I have much trust in Ben's service recommendations.

Reliable, excellent service

Easy to schedule a convenient time for the appointment. Courteous, helpful check-in with the gray team's Chris. Reasonable time for the service while I waited.

Fast, accurate, fair

Even though the computer system was temporarily down Ben checked me in quickly and my car was ready when he said it would be ready.

Very professional and knowledgeable sales team

Matthew Muradaz was our Sales Consultant. He was helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We appreciated that when we said we didn't really want any other enhancements other than the side and the door molding, that we were not subjected to a long, drawn-out explanation of why we should reconsider this decision. The trade-in portion went very smoothly and we appreciated the time and explanation that Vince Leonard offered us for the value of our trade-in. Bienvenu Bahati was most helpful with financing, which also went very smoothly. All in all, it was an extremely positive experience.

Responsive with very good advice

My Sales Representative-Brian Brooks- is excellent to work with both highly responsive and making good suggestions as to "product" I drive from Delaware to deal with him specifically!!

great service

I arrived a bit early and they took me right away. I only had to wait two hours and could sit comfortably in the quiet waiting room. But most of all, I always appreciate the time taken to explain what was done to the car.

Great service.

The service team leader (Mike) suggested the least expensive possibilities while still maintaining my car. Very much appreciated. It was also nice to note that the drink machine in the waiting room also now provides free drinks for each selection. Thank you so much!
