Treated me like I was a nuisance.
This was my first experience with a Toyota dealership since my purchase of the vehicle just over a year ago. Needed a minor collision repair ($1500), but they did not really seem to have much interest in helping me. That's fine. Plenty of other places to go besides an over-priced dealership. I started out looking to make build a relationship with them that would have probably lasted for the life of the car... the next 10 years, perhaps. But I was shuffled off the phone as though my questions were a bother. Strange. I guess everyone at Jim Coleman Toyota just makes waaaay to much money to have any interest in taking mine. Oh well. I know of at three other body shops who would love the work... and who will also be glad for the opportunity to create a new customer relationship for the coming decade. Thanks, Jim Coleman Toyota - for making my decision about whether or not to work with you a very easy one!

Great service
We were told the gas cover came in dull black which didn't match our silver colored car. However, we were surprised the cover was light color which was very close to the color of the body. It was a pleasant surprise!

Prompt answers, good price
I called for the best price and got it immediately over the phone. My time was valued and not fiddled with by any of the folks I encountered in buying the car. The right car was there, waiting for me to test drive immediately. Brian Brooks, sales rep., was very knowledgeable & could answer all questions about Plug-in.

The best customer service
Katie Gasemy is the reason I keep coming back to Jim Coleman Toyota. She has been impressing me for nine years now. This last visit I mentioned that the car's headphones had broken. She said that Toyota had no replacements. When I returned to pick up my car from its check-up, I saw that she had my headphones superglued! It was so nice of her, and yet so typical of her to go the extra mile for a customer. You should be proud to have Katie on your team.

Reliable Service & Courteous Profession Staff
The Gold Team Service is always exceptional. I had an appointment at 7:15 but was delayed but Ben fit me in later in the day. I am always treated with courtesy and respect. They keep me up to date on what is happening. I have complete confidence and trust in Ben. I have never questioned his recomendations or felt any pressure. He is the reason that I have not brought my car to any other service shop.

Good service experience
My Service Rep, Domingo, went out of his way responding to my question about a problem I was having with mobile devices. Through his efforts, he helped me to see that the problem probably lies with the connection cord I have, not the car.

Good Warranty Service
I liked the complete explanation of the fix of the problem (error code: "Check BSM system") on my 2013 Toyota Camry Hybrid. I liked the clean Jim Coleman garage and the staff courtesy. I liked that Jim Coleman Toyota was ready of my car at the scheduled time of my appointment. I liked that the service tech telephoned me when my car was ready (I was at the nearby shopping center).
