Jim Coleman Toyota is a great place to buy a car!

I brought my car in for it's 10K mile check up. I did not have to wait to be checked in, and the service was perforemed within the time given to me.

Smooth maintenance experience

Servcie performed exactly as requested. Easy drop-off. Also had an excellent experience with "loaner" car rental from Enterprise -- very courteous and professional.

Departure from normally good service

During a recent service appt., the technician forgot to reset team the power window controls after swapping out the battery. Team leader Rich Sukram immediately dealt with the problem the following day, much to my satisfaction.

60K mileage checkup plus additional service.

The leader of the Grey Team took the time to explain to me what extra service needed to be done and why. He also saved me a little bit on the cost.
