Friendly, exceptionally prompt service....

The service manager I dealt with (Gold Team) was exceptionally friendly and informative, and my car was serviced 20 minutes earlier than was promised.

Great service

Domingo Garcia was extremely responsive to an unexpected need to replace an alternator in our RAV4. While I am usually his customer, my son drives this car, and Domingo showed him the same professionalism and courtesy that I have come to count on him for.

Great service, invoice needed translation

Good experience, way too long to negotiate

A salesman greeted us at the door, we were well taken care of by the staff while we were there, we feel we got a good price. However, the process took way too long and was drawn out by a needless back and forth negotiation.

Tim James is my service advisor. He is helpful and courteous. He answers all my questions in a way that I can understand. I really like having him for my service advisor.

complementary vacuum/wash, but misplaced paperwork

Another service team person kindly processed my check-in since Katie (Green Team) had stepped away. Received my car vacuumed and washed, which I didn't expect (has happened a few times before).

Skilled efficiency.

The skilled efficiency with which my car was handled. I was welcomed, my car tagged, and the leader of the Red Team, Domingo Garcia, saw me immediately with my papers ready. All this was accomplished in a pleasant, friendly, professional manner.
