Jim Coleman has been taking care of my 1995 Corolla ever since in bought it in the all of 1995 and I have always been very pleased. I have always had the feeling that you don't recommend service that is not needed. This means that I am confident I am driving a safe and reliable car.

The people I worked with had great people personalities. I played into what I call "the dog and pony show" (the salesman sat with me, moved away a minute and the manager arrived, then the little girl who wanted to help me protect my car with lots of extras. It was a fun experience-and working with Larry, Benventu, the manager (whose name I don't know) and the person who taught me blue tooth, navigation tools, was excellent (from Ghana). The quality and what I believe was transparency for me could not be surpassed. I think if I tried harder I could have gotten the price down another 1,000, but I have what I want and that is what I came to you for. In fact, truth be told, I looked at nothing else. Online prices help to guide the customer and so the game is not so strong anymore. Don't get me wrong- as an anthropologist I love "the game'. Thank you all for such a fine experience.
