I have driven a Lexus for about 12 years and decided to try something else. Made a short list of what to consider and after driving the Acadia looked no further. Williams GMC has an easy to get to location on South Boulevard (I will not miss Independence Blvd) and a great team of sales professionals. I enjoyed working with Gene who is outstanding. Years of experience translates to a pleasant experience with no pressure and the feeling that the customers needs are what matters.

We worked with MAC CHIAGRU who was outstanding from start to finish. We were looking for a truck with low milage and found one. The only issue is that the ad stated back up cameras which would have been a nice feature to have, but the truck did not come with it. We got the low milage and the truck was in super condition.

We found a car online, drove it, signed papers and were done in less than a hour and a half. Our salesman Hatcher was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Every person involved was exceptional and did everything possible to make this the best.possible auto purchasing experience. Salesman . Sales mgr, and finance person went out of their way to exceed my expectations and even helped me in ways I didn’t even think of. Salesman even came in on his day off to bring me the truck and explain it’s functions. I have purchased many new cars and this was by far the best dealership experience I have had.

Just said. I had a problem that occured while drving, I called the dealership and they took care of the problem as soon as I could drive there.

Albert Perez was great saleman an well educated about the knowledge/sale of the vehicles. Mr. Kanabroski Finance Dept did great job breaking down the details of the purchase of the vehicle!

This is the second GMC that I have purchased from Williams and both times I have dealt with Gene Simmons, told Gene what I wanted and he came thru for me !
