Andres was very helpful, knowledgeable and very patient when assisting me to find the right car that fit my needs/budget. He made the experience enjoyable which has not always been the case in the past. He didn't pressure me and just left it up to me on what I wanted to do. Toyota needs helpful reps like him that don't pressure the customers. He's a credit to your staff.

Chris is such a knowledgeable and capable salesperson. His approach is low pressure and his focus is making sure you get the car that fits your needs and your budget. He answers questions thoroughly and thoughtfully, taking time to explain the features of the car and benefits lost on lay people with minimal “ under the hood” understanding. He sat us down and made of a list of our “ must haves” ( safety, gas mileage, reliability , and our solid budget etc… ) and showed us various cars via the computer meeting and exceeding and wants. Without any rush, we thoroughly and methodically looked at the inventory of cars and whittled down the list. We took a few out to test drive and talked about how each of our favorites might best fit our needs. No pressure- no rush just Chris making sure we understood the subtle differences and helping us look into the warranties. Chris has sold us our last two cars and we will be back when we need another. Finally car salesman that wants what their customer wants… the right car for them within a budget they set. I cannot recommend Chris Ogene highly enough!
