I am very satisfied with my experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai in Germantown, Maryland. The staffs were very helpful, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and experienced. I like the cars, warranty, and lifetime protection program. I have found friends whom I can rely during the life of my new car, and hopefully, beyond.

Very good experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai. We were in and out in a reasonable time and the salesman was willing to match another advertised price for the new car and to match the car-max trade-in price for the old car.

My car buying experience at this dealership was beyond phenomenal! From the moment I was greeted, to my dedicated salesperson to financing and delivery of the car could not have gone smoother. The transaction altogether took approximately 4 hours and everyone made me feel like family during the process. Never did I feel rushed or pressured. i will absolutely default to this dealership for all of my car needs as long as this standard of excellence continues!!

I never leave a car dealership thinking that I've gotten a great deal, but I believe that I got a fair deal at Fitzgerald. My salesman Drew was terrific, helpful but not pushy, and saw to it that all of my questions were answered. Kenny and Robert at the front desk were patient and helpful, as was Mark in finance. My wife bought a Santa Fe from Drew and Fitzgerald a few years back, and has been very pleased, which was a major reason why we went there for my car. Now that the purchase has been made, the quality of the service department and the durability of the car will determine if we come back for a future purchase.

Fast and easy car buying process thanks to Mr.cox. Mr.cox explained everything to me so that I understood what I was signing. He also took his time to show me all the specs on the vechile.
