Miguel Velasquez was amazing. I am very glad that hemborg ford found this guy. My daughter took her Lincoln mkc for service and Miguel answer all her questions about her mkc.. Lincoln.. it great to have a Lincoln service advisor so close to home..

First service experience for Hemborg. All dealership...

First service experience for Hemborg. All dealership personnel were over the top friendly. I was greeted promptly by Tony. He listened to my concern, called me exactly when he said he would, and they fixed my problem without any nonsense. They also washed my vehicle before I picked it up. I would strongly recommend Hemborg Ford, and all their team members including Tony. Conveniently located and easy to get to. Great store- great people.

Not up to Expectations

I was misled about the status of my vehicle and to arrive with it not complete was disappointing. The service manager did correct the mistakes made by service team in a satisfactory time. But it did require me to readjust my schedule and more money out of my pocket.

Excellent Service and crew

They did all of our recalls and did an oil Change in the time frame given us earlier. The Service writter was very polite and knew her job.
