Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi

We had a great experience when we recently purchased a used SUV. The customer service was outstanding and I like that it is not one of those big chain dealerships with car salesman attacking you like vultures. I was in a rush to get out of there due to prior engagements so they just let us take the SUV home and come back the following business day. When we came back Monday, I was expecting it to take hours to do all the paperwork, but we were out of there in a little over an hour. Definitely would buy from this group again!

This is a fairly new dealership but I have taken my Mitsubishi there since it opened. The staff is really nice and courteous; they have always treated me with respect. The staff is also great at addressing the concerns I have about my vehicle. I have been there several times and I trust their advice regarding the maintance on my car.

I depend on my car a lot. I would not trust anyone else to work on my car except for the staff at Autoplex Mitsubishi. The same people that work at Autoplex Mitsubishi have taken care of my vehicle for the past 7 years. They are always fair and honest, even if you do not know anything about cars. It is the type of service that is hard to find anywhere else. The new location is very clean and nice. I hope everyone else enjoys their service as much as I do.
