Every car has major damage per the Carfax

Looking for a used car at KNB. I checked out the Carfax or its equivalent for each used car I was interested in. Every single one - major structural damage, total insurance losses, salvages titles, flood damage. There wasn't a single one without some serious issue. I would avoid this dealer as it seems they specialize in seriously compromised vehicles.

SERVICE

I went to KNB motors just wanting to test drive a car and found the car I ended up taking home....love my 2019 Nissan Altima

2007 f250 super duty lariat outlaw

Worse place to buy a vehicle. bought a truck lasted 3 months $2000 in repairs later oh and their bogus alhpa car warranty they give you is bs. Also their financial services they put you thru westlake financial dont help enither. I asked several times for them to call and they dont so buyers beware

I had a good experience cant speak for past but if the keep up the service i had its a brote future for the new staff and management

Poster Child For Shady Dealer

Looked up Shady Dealer on google and found KNB Motors. Rebuilt titles, flooded cars, electrical problems, no lights on lot at night, cars covered in dust in show room, bathrooms out of service. Run carfax and you will see. Only positive is they were nice...

Horrible customer service/sales

Dealership reached out to me regarding an inquiry submitted through cars.com. Website wasn’t working for my credit app- so they called me and connected me to a “finance Manager”, Cory Lewis. He took all my personal information and informed me that if approved, we’d need to complete the purchase within a week. He also promised to call back in a matter of hours. It’s going on three weeks and not on can I not reach the same person, but the person emailing me, Christian, states he/she is only a customer service rep and can’t do anything about it. Now I have my personal information out there along with a credit hit but no contact. I’m very angry. Now I see there’s all bad reviews and I regret fooling around with them. Reviews are all accurate. Do not try to buy from here. There’s NO FOLLOW UP

Dont go here

I would not recommend they deceive you when you get there the vehicle is junk that why you see so many angry individuals within these reviews, i thought I was the only one but found confirmation that I wasn't the only one getting scammed.

they don’t even provide a CARFAX lol

They sell junk and don’t even provide you with a CARFAX. Aggravated when you basically thinking about buying the car or not . The manager is full of it. Doesn’t even want you at his shop! Don’t come here please! They lie to the public about there xxxxty cars!

GREAT DEALERSHIP

Had a very pleasant shopping experience here and ended up buying the used car we test drove. We had many more dealers on our list to visit, but DK made the process easy enough and straightforward enough that we didn't need to check out all the other options. She made us feel very much valued as customers. And 24 hours later, still happy with the car, our deal, and our experience. Happy to recommend them!
