Crooks!

They sold me a totaled truck and wont let me talk to a manager now I have to take legal action do not buy anything from these poeple!!!

Sold us a Lemon Horrible

This company is ripping my son off sold him a lemon and I will sue. Never buy a car from theses places! My attorney have been contacted and I file a case with the FEDS! It is Lemon laws and they will get sued

Disappointed

Found a car i liked on line with some miss leading information on the pictures it showed a f-150 platinum in the distribution they had as a f-150 lariat. I have sent an email regarding the vehicle to see which car is it the platinum or lariat, did not get a response from them so i called, the gentlemen confirmed it is a f-150 Platinum. Great it had a great price then i found out it has a rebuilt title even though on the website is had different information and i asked if i can have the carfax emailed to me and they do not give them to their potential costumers you have to get that on you own, this is dealers job to give me information about the car. The vin # they had on the website did not even match the car shown on the pictures. If they Can't get simple things done right then for sure other things will be missed. no thank you.

GREAT DEALERSHIP

I had the most amazing and pleasant car buying experience ever! I got there, all the paper work was ready for me, I signed - It was quick, no games, no hassle, no wasting my time. Everyone was so nice. It was amazing! I love my new 2015 BMW X4..

awesome experience

Great experience

Had an excellent experience with DK! Bought a 2015 Nissan Altima and after some discussion we were able to make a deal that my wife and I were really happy with. Highly recommend!!

GREAT DEALERSHIP

Had an excellent experience with Dk and the entire sales team. Everyone was very straight forward and efficient. Purchased a Mercedes S-550 and was in and out of the dealership.

great experience

Only Dealership in the area that I would highly recommend. They have a great team that actually cares to try to get you set in a car no matter what type you come for. One of the most genuine teams of people. I recommend and have referred many others to them. Everytime I have gone I have never been disappointed and you won't be either. Dk and the whole team their are great people thanks again ......

Terrible customer service/sold car from under me

This establishment deserves zero stars. I attempted to purchase a 2011 Audi Q7 from this dealership and called about it the first day it was posted to their website and setup an appointment with Rudy for the following morning when they opened. I arrived 30 minutes prior to opening and was the first customer in the showroom. I test drove the car and during the test drive the check engine and air suspension lights came on, and the salesman said they would take a look and let me know what it was. I specifically asked if I could put a down payment on it because I’ve had cars sold from under me before and he said not to worry. I called later that afternoon to get a status report and was told that it wasn’t ready and would call first thing in the morning. I then told Rudy to let me know what the codes were because depending on what they were, I’d be willing to take the car as is. After hearing nothing from Rudy the following morning, I called that afternoon to get a status update. He said they were still working on it and he would call that evening. I called before they closed and Rudy left for the day and said they didn’t know the status. The following morning I called (a total of 3 days of this ordeal) and I was informed that 1) the repairs would cost $4500 and 2)they sold the car to someone in Bulgaria sight unseen, a buyer who probably had no idea of the magnitude of the repairs. The moral of this story is to be advised that this dealer may be just as deceptive as they were to me, to you. Furthermore, I can only imagine if they treated me this way, I wonder if the person who ultimately bought the Q7 was informed about the repairs. Buyers be aware.
