Good customer service with great cars. Took a minute for me to get the deal I wanted but eventually everything fell into place. I ended up leaving the dealership happy with the price I got on the car.

2018 Tacoma TRD Off-Road
Overall had a good experience at this dealership. Did a Dealer-to-Dealer transfer because almost no Dealers in CA have the Manual transmission, vehicle came from AZ. Harry, my salesperson was very nice and excellent in the communication dept. My main knock would have to be the price, I realize that Tacoma’s sell themselves and dealers don’t have to budge much on the price but I would have liked it if they had budged a bit more.

Friendly Experience
We’re very happy we chosed Toyota to buy our new car, they are very friendly and cool when helping you, and they negotiate with you,and Sean was super he helped us all the way until we were done, he happily took us around to try out the cars we were mostly inclined to, they won’t leave you down at all!!also the managers Jose’s they were awesome too!! We left Toyota with what we wanted!! We love our new car!! Thank you so much!!

Horrible experience!
Went there to buy a 2018 toyota sienna, made a deal and then when I got to the finance department, they changed the price on me by over $1,895! I was not happy because they had already made a deal with me and lied to me about the price! They had already ran my credit. I was very disappointed that they had already made me a deal, get me to run my credit and then change the price on me once I got to the finance department. By the way, I had excellent credit and was planning to down $15,000. I was very disappointed. Also beware; the fleet assistant sales took a picture of my drivers license and insurance card with his cell phone without my consent. I find that very fishy!

Please don't lie to your customers!
Went there to buy a 2018 Toyota sienna and had a deal with the fleet assistant sale with the car after negotiating for a good 2 hours. We agreed on a price. The fleet assistant ran my credit, took a picture of my driver's license and car insurance card with his cell phone without my consent and then directed me to the finance department. After signing some paperworks, I realize the price on the paperworks was not the price that I had negotiated for. In fact, the price was $1,700 over the price that I had negotiated. I even spoke to the manager as I was not happy and felt like I was being lied to with the price. The manager decided that he was only able to give me a $700 discount. I was so upset, I walked out. My credit score was excellent and I was planning to down $15,000, but because I had such a bad experience there, I would rather take my money elsewhere and purchase the car at another toyota dealership.
