Excellent service

The two Toyota employees that assisted me Jose Castillejo & Drew Lindfield had the utmost professionalism. Jose sale manager found the best deal for me. Drew show me all the differ feature on the car. They both made the purchase easy.

Horrible experience

Had the worst experience at Toyota of the Desert. Don?t go there if you want service done to your car or truck. I was sent to collections just because Adrian Meza did not write the correct amount. When I went to the store to ask why they sent me to collections they said oh sorry I put a ONE instead of a FIVE. What kind of mistake is that and it made me get sent to collections. Then the service manger (Ray Fontes) was no help. He showed he did not care about his customer service and making his customers happy. The way he handles the situation was ridiculous.

Jeep Latitude 2016 all wheel drivw

The salesman took a picture of my DL with his perosnal phone without my consent, ran my credit without my consent , and when i tried to stop him he had the audacity to wink at me and told me not to worry about it because i will be buying this car . I told him AGAIN not to run my credit till he can come up with the price of the used jeep i was looking into, but he completely ignored me and took adventage of me .He was rude, treated me like i am an idiot. Never going back there, never recommending anyone that dealership.

Teo from Toyota of the desert is an awesome salesman! He didn't pressure us into buying something we didn't want. He took his time with us and was there every step of the way. I recommend him to anyone and everyone who is looking for a car. We will be back for next year!

First car

The best buying experience, couldn't have asked for more during my first car purchase. The vehicles that Toyota has are top of the line, and there are wide range of affordable selections .

To Call or Not to Call

Service department if you drive in, is excellent. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a nightmare, unless you want to schedule an appointment. A couple of months after purchasing a previously owned certified Corolla, one tire popped. Didn't think anything of it, until I purchased another vehicle from this dealership 2 years later, and the same thing happened! Only this time it was on the freeway. The tire absolutely shredded, and I watched it bounce backwards through my rear view mirror. I called the Service Dept, I called the guy who sold me the vehicle, absolutely NOTHING. "It's wear and tear, and we are not responsible. You will have to contact the tire manufacturer." Compare this with my sister's experience at Longo Toyota, where the certified pre-owned cars have BRAND NEW TIRES!!

Buyer Beware

My family has had 3 experiences with this dealer. In 2014, I went here to buy a certified preowned Corolla. Price was okay, & as I planned to keep it until it would no longer run, I took out extra warranties and exterior protections, which brought the car up to close to $17,000. This dealer is not connected with AAA Used, so had to go in on my own. Bringing it in for service was okay,
