My family had been buying from VW for a long time. This is the first time I came to this dealership. I was pleased they were able to get me in an out of service for an oil change. I also spoke to Manny while I was there he should me a few Tiguans and wasn’t pushy when I said I was just there for service. I recommend checking him out if you need a car seemed genuine and down to earth.

Clean dealership I?ve been shopping at a lot of places and all though I bought at Sanford Reggie in sales and Hannah was very helpful

Brought my brothers car for an oil change and they were quick and easy service manager came out and made sure all was good. I appreciated that. Salespeople trued to sell me a car but I assume that was normal dealership was pretty and clean I would go back.

Was hesitant to move forward woth my purchase at first but they were not pushing and allowed me to make my decision with ease and confidence. Om happy with my Tesla!

My 72 year old mother has a Taos and she was in need of an oil change. she called me one day and asked if I can help her get an appointment. Ivan tried to call and couldn’t get through. I was so aggravated and drove my mother’s car to the dealership. I was expressing my frustration and yes, I was a bit heated the service advisor, Jacob. Immediately asked me to hold on and came back with Miss Felicia. She took the time to get my mother‘s car in immediately. She expressed her deepest apologies and offered my mothers next maintenance free. I say Napleton gets rid of the call center company cause they are not doing their job. I told Felicia not only will I be happy to leave her review I’m gonna let every know and that’s what I intend to do. If you have any trouble with this dealership call Felicia first and she will take care of you in her words. Within her ability!!!

Eddie was fantastic in his presentation in knowledge and understanding in my buying needs. He took extra time in explaining to me all about the 2022 Tesla model 3 that I knew nothing about. I would give him 10 stars if you had them. Thank you Eddie. Kevin Boutwell

Worst dealership ever, don't buy your car from this dealership!!! RUN!!! They sold me a used car with low mileage as NEW, that's completely an auto fraud. They refused to respond to any call or email from us. We had to involve VW of America and they lied again to the corporate about the car condition. We filed BBB complaints and they lied again stating the car is DEMO car but should be considered as NEW. No resolution so far, but I strongly recommend staying away from this dealership.

All though i didn't get a car here i was greeted by claudio he wasn't pushy. He was vary nice and knowledgeable and I recommend him.
